Clorox’s annual school grant program, Power A Bright Future, awards seven grants to up to $50K to help K-12 school programs. The program is kicking off this holiday season by working closely with star of Disney’s “Shake it Up,”; Bella Thorne, to spread the word about the program to teens (13 and up) and encourage them to make a difference and vote.
Bella Thorne is working with the program to help encourage teens to vote and take action within the programs that make a difference for them which includes everything from fashion clubs to science programs, new football fields and iPads for the classroom. She’s even encouraging teens and moms to spread the word on Instagram by saying YOLO with their Instagram pics, and sharing info on how to vote once per day.
